Overall, really nice style and concept, and adding the carrot as horn is a really neat idea!

The "three-stacked-snowballs" construction doesn't really make sense for a snowpony though. I'd expect a snowpony to only be one snowball and a head on top, and another snowball behind it for mimicking the general shape of a pony.

Another thing that looks rather odd is the perspective of the middle snowball. It is completely visible, which makes it appear as if it's in front of the rest. This, in turn, makes the head look like it's falling off the back. The head should be on top of the middle ball in the same way the middle ball drops a shadow on the lowest one.

Despite that, it's definitely a barrel of d'awws, though. Nice work
